Chakra Stencil Art by Kathryn Costa
In my journal I traced several of the chakra stencils. Little details were added using a black fine liner pen. I started coloring in the sacral chakra mandala and took this photo to illustrate the effect of adding color to the chakra art.
Each chakra has a color that conveys the same energy that the chakra resonates at. Here we can feel the energy of the orange. Visually it’s the same invigorating feeling as smelling an orange zest or drinking a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice.
