Discover your inner artist. Give yourself an afternoon of relaxation and play. Immerse yourself in beauty, color and form in a practice that fosters mindfulness and awakens your creativity. The mandala is a circular art form that anyone can learn how to draw. This workshop includes a centering meditation, simple step-by-step instructions, and plenty of time create something uniquely yours.
No art experience needed. All tools and supplies provided. Share the creative joy and bring a friend!
About The Wainwright House
Nestled among exquisite gardens, trees and lawns lies a perfect jewel, the Wainwright House. Inspired by the 17th century chateau de Raincheval in France, the Wainwright House is an incredibly beautiful stone mansion overlooking Milton Harbor on Long Island Sound, complete with lovely sunsets.
Wainwright House is the oldest non-profit, non-sectarian holistic learning center in the United States that plays host to a variety of social and corporate events along with wellness and movement classes. The facilities include three buildings with meeting rooms, dining rooms, a meditation room, library, and solarium; as well as a Yoga Center with lodging for programs and retreats.

About the Instructor
Kathryn Costa loves to open the door to creative joy for those who love beauty and yearn to awaken their inner artist. Kathryn has taught thousands of people all over the world how to draw mandalas in her YouTube videos, online classes, workshops, and book, “The Mandala Guidebook: How to Draw, Paint, and Color Expressive Mandala Art.” Kathryn has taught mandala programs at The Omega Institute, Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health, and One Spirit Learning Alliance.
