Grounding in Financial Stability
This Taurus Full Moon on November 5, 2025 has me finally sitting down to look at my budget, not just in terms of numbers, but in terms of values. How much do I need each month? Where am I spending money? Where can I save? What does True North Arts need for 2026? And what are my long-term financial goals that will support my future and retirement dreams?
The Taurus–Scorpio axis invites us to find balance between security and transformation. Taurus, ruled by Venus, values stability, comfort, and the pleasures that come from creating something lasting. It’s the energy of steady growth, mindful stewardship, and tending to our lives and resources with care. Scorpio, on the other hand, takes us below the surface, revealing the emotions, fears, and attachments that influence how we relate to money, power, and trust.
One important aspect of Taurus is recognizing our value. Working with Scorpio energy can be vulnerable. It often stirs feelings of shame, regret, disappointment, or doubts about our worthiness. But this is where Taurus offers healing. Taurus helps us remember how valuable we are, even when we forget or fail to see it. When we value ourselves, we make better choices. We honor what we have, use it wisely, and become good stewards of our resources.
This full moon shines light on the connection between self-worth and net worth. It reminds us that financial well-being begins with inner worthiness — knowing we are enough, that we have enough, and that we can grow from a place of grounded confidence.

Art Journal Reflection: Tree of Abundance
Trees are living symbols of balance, strength, and connection. Their deep roots mirror our foundations and the ways we ground ourselves in security and self-trust, while their branches reach toward the light, expressing our aspirations and growth. Working with tree imagery in a mandala or journal invites us to see our lives as part of a larger, organic system — one that thrives when both roots and branches are tended.
This mandala activity also connects to the solar plexus chakra, located at the center of our physical core. This is the energetic seat of our personal power, confidence, and self-worth. As you draw your tree, imagine strengthening this inner center standing tall and proud, firmly rooted in your values, and clear in your direction. From this place of strength, you can make grounded, wise financial decisions that reflect your true worth and priorities.
For this full moon, create a Tree of Abundance — a design that roots into Taurus’s earthy stability and draws nourishment from Scorpio’s transformative depths.
Steps to Create Your Tree of Abundance:

Step 1: Roots
Begin with a strong trunk at the center of your page. Let the roots spread outward. Within and around the roots, write words that represent your foundations like your income, skills, habits, and supportive relationships.

Step 2: Soil of Transformation
Beneath the roots, draw spirals or organic forms to represent what you’re releasing. This may include fears around money, scarcity mindsets, or feelings of unworthiness that limit your flow.

Step 3: Trunk of Value
Along the trunk, write your core values, the principles that guide your financial and life decisions. This is where you acknowledge your worth and what truly matters.

Step 4: Branches of Intention
Let your branches reach upward and outward. On or near them, write your financial intentions and goals for 2026 and beyond. These could be practical (saving for retirement, paying down debt) or soulful (feeling secure, generous, or creatively fulfilled).
Step 5: Crown of Gratitude
Add leaves, blossoms, or symbols of fruit to represent what you already have and are grateful for.

Step 6: Pentacles of Accomplishment
Finally, add pentacles (or coins) throughout your tree to represent your accomplishments and sources of abundance. In Tarot, the suit of Pentacles is connected to the element of Earth and the material world — the tangible results of our efforts, our health, home, finances, and sense of security. Pentacles remind us that abundance grows through patience, skill, and self-worth. There’s no “right” number — let your intuition guide you. You might include just a few to mark key milestones, or a full cluster to celebrate a season of growth. Or you may be inspired by the meaning associated with these Tarot cards:
- Three of Pentacles: Collaboration, skill-building, and creating something meaningful with others.
- Six of Pentacles: The balance of giving and receiving — generosity, gratitude, and flow.
- Eight of Pentacles: Devotion to mastery and craftsmanship; the rewards of sustained effort.
- Nine of Pentacles: Accomplishment, self-sufficiency, and the enjoyment of what you’ve earned.
- Ten of Pentacles: Legacy, long-term success, and the stability that comes from wise stewardship.
As you draw and color, breathe deeply into your solar plexus , that place just above your navel. Feel your inner strength expanding with each breath. Imagine your spine as the trunk of your tree, connecting the grounded wisdom of Taurus with the transformative flow of Scorpio.

Closing Affirmation
I am deeply rooted in my worth. I honor the value of my time, my talents, and my treasures. I stand tall and steady, trusting that I have enough, I do enough, and I am enough. Abundance flows through me as I nurture what I love and share my gifts with the world.
May this Taurus Full Moon remind you of your inherent worth and help you root into your own sense of value and security.
