Today our spotlight is on Jeanette Frei Clawson from Wisconsin. Pictured above was a journal page that she shared on the 100 Mandalas Sharing Circle. She writes:

So last week I tried to do a “quick” mandala each morning as part of observing my thoughts, etc. while drawing. I also made my “to do” list and sometimes wrote down an intention for the day. It was a very enlightening process and demonstrated to me that I’m more of a perfectionist than I thought. Anyway, here are some of my morning mandalas and random stuff. The idea was to spend 10-15 minutes, while I have my morning coffee. Some mornings it goes longer. Part of the idea is to do some simpler mandalas. All of mine seem to get really intricate and I want to shake up that habit. I like this practice and plan to keep it up.

Jeanette’s morning mandala practice illustrates that your mandala practice doesn’t have to involve a lot of time each day. Follow Jeanette’s blog at: https://lunanista.wordpress.com
