What to Expect:

Part 1: Creating as a Spiritual Practice
Start with an introduction and a soul journey guided meditation designed to release daily stresses and activate your creative energy. This transformative session sets the tone for a mindful and inspiring retreat. (This session will be recorded for later access.)

Part 2: Studio Time
Immerse yourself in 60+ minutes of uninterrupted creative time. Bring a project you’re working on, or explore new inspiration from Kathryn’s Mandala Guidebook, blog projects, or stencils. Alternatively, enjoy coloring a heart chakra mandala handout provided for the retreat. Whether you’re drawing, writing, collage making (think vision board or soulcollage), painting, beading, sewing, or experimenting, this is your time to play and create. (This session will not be recorded.)

Special Offer: Be among the first 10 registrants and receive a private 5-minute 1:1 session with Kathryn to share your project, ask questions, or connect personally during the Studio Time.

Part 3: Sharing Circle
Gather in a supportive sharing circle to reflect on your experience. Showcase your work, share insights from the meditation, or simply enjoy the stories and creative energy of the group. This special time fosters connection and inspiration as we close the retreat together. (This session will not be recorded.)
