• Chair-based somatic movements to calm the nervous system
• Guided chakra meditation and soul journey
• Chakra-inspired mandala art activity

Discover where fear lives in your body, learn practices to soften and release it, and create a mandala that supports your healing and renewal.

A series of colorful chakra mandalas arranged in a line, each representing a different chakra with distinct colors and designs.

No art experience needed. All supplies are provided, including chakra stencils to gently guide your mandala design.

Kathryn Costa is an artist, astrologer, and instigator of soulful and creative living. She is the author of The Mandala Guidebook and the creator of a popular YouTube channel where she shares mandala art, creative practices, and tools for living with intention. Sarah Koch is a yoga teacher, embodied intimacy coach, and spiritual guide who helps people reconnect with their bodies, relationships, and inner wisdom.     This is so amazing! I wish I was there for this. I think it will be a magical combination.
    May the spirit of Mother Cacao touch everyone who participates!
    I had the chance to meet her spirit living in MX attended to many ceremonies there and in 2023 Feb got a 3 month training and got certified to become a facilitator, I have been put the seeds of my intention in my heart to connect mandala and cacao in my workshops.
